Shipping Methods

When will I receive my item?

Please keep in mind Wealthy Lotus operates with Printful a print on demand fulfillment service. It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (hoodies, t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (coffee mugs, posters, etc.) Then you should add shipping times on top of that. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. 

Estimated shipping deliver times:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on an average within 3 days after being produced. Please see above. 

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value and size. 

We do not take responsibility for customs fees. 

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. 

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@wealthylotus.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done. 


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please read carefully 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each item that is placed is fulfilled by print on demand and returns, replacements or exchanges cannot be granted. If you are in doubt about a size please see the sizing chart underneath each product. In some cases   some items may run a bit small so consider getting a size up to be sure. If you happen to need an alternative size we’d be happy to ship you another however, the new item and shipping you will need to incur. Once you have clicked final purchase button, unfortunately is is not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you have accidentally put in the wrong address, etc. you can contact us at info@wealthylotus.com as soon as possible and we will see if we can intercede. We cannot guarantee the intercession, but we will surely do our best based on the situation. 

Wealthy Lotus operates with Printful a print on demand fulfillment service which is responsible for shipping out your item. If you have not received your item and the tracking number indicates it has been delivered, please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier for a lost shipment. In the unfortunate event that the address was incorrect or the item was stolen or misplaced Printful will not grant a refund or resend the product. A new product will need to ordered at the customer’s expense. 

Damaged Items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, the please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
