eN Kriya to Awaken the Kundalini

KRIYAS MeditationSarvasmarana Ananda Ma NithyaComment

The awakening of kundalini on ones’ own can can be a very difficult path. Attempting various yogic and religious practices can require austerity and a lot of self discipline. Not to mention when trying to awaken kundalini on your own it can take years just to prepare the body and mind for the happening. Living in today’s world we need a technique or a vehicle that is suitable and adaptable for our modern day lifestyle. The ancient rishi’s or sages from the tantric tradition have developed a series of practices that can be applied to every type of aspirant wanting to obtain kundalini awakening regardless of lifestyle, habits and belief systems. Kriya yoga is the most simple and practical way for the modern individual to awaken the kundalini without a confrontation of the mind. Let’s just say this method can be  a smooth and uncomplicated transition to awaken to super consciousness. When practicing kriya yoga it does not awaken with such an alarming force. She wakes up like a noble queen, she takes her time. Before getting up she will open her eyes, look here and there, left and right, then pull the sheet up over her head and doze off again. After some time she will open her eyes, stretch her body then go back to dozing. Each time she looks around she says “ hmmm, so this is what it looks like to be awakening” then off back to sleep. As your own awakening occurs nothing can be consistent. One day you may feel great with lot’s of energy and the next you may feel low. Some days everything may seem extraordinary and others you think it’s all useless. Sometimes you have a strong appetite for food and other times it may not be there at all. Your sleep patterns may also be inconsistent, you may able to thrive on little hours of sleep or you may want to do nothing but sleep. You may have symptoms of awakening and reversion off and on. Kriya yoga does not create an explosive awakening it occurs in a very mild and controllable manner. Kriya yoga can be a relative risk free method of expanding your awareness and awakening the non- mechanical parts of your brain. In practicing kriya yoga you are not trying to harness the mind through suppression. Suppression of the mind can be dangerous. The mind can be a bridge to reach Existence not a barrier. It can be a useful servant if approached in the right manner. Kriya yoga can take you beyond the mind in it’s own way and own time. In a way the evolution of your consciousness takes place without your mind even knowing it!

Paramahamsa Nithyananda is rare Avatar from India living amongst us today and sharing the Sacred Secrets that the ancient rishis or sages have been utilizing to elevate and awaken our consciousness. Today, Nithyananda is currently the most watched spiritual master on Youtube, and the bestselling author of over 200 books in 26 languages. Nithyananda has developed a unique method to take human consciousness into Super Consciousness through the eN Effect by awakening the kundalini and spreading across globally transmitting healing, peace and bliss. eN Kriya is the vehicle which can assist you in elevating your consciousness and transcending negativity and obstacles in you being. When the kundalini is awakened it literally rejuvenates and restructures every cell in your body. The non-mechanical parts of your brain awaken, new strands of DNA are activated and the mitochondria cell is flooded with tremendous energy. The result of this is extraordinary health, healing, restoration of internal organs, and anti aging just to name a few. The benefits of awakened kundalini are immeasurable. Many people are even experiencing levitation which is a by-product of this powerful energy. Levitation occurs when the samana (which is another subtle form or prana,  life force) is balanced. When the consciousness is raised the body becomes very light therefore levitation occurs. Bliss and creativity are just a  few more perks that accommodate kundalini awakening. eN Kriya can be the mechanism to awaken your hidden potential and live the life your were meant to live!

Satsang Living in the Company of Truth

KRIYAS MeditationSarvasmarana Ananda Ma NithyaComment

Satsang is the thread of yogic and spiritual life for the sadhaka or seeker. Sat means ‘truth’ and sang means ‘association’. Together it means association of truth or in the company of truth. In the highest definition it means living in complete awareness of the truth with one’s being, being fully submerged in every action and incident in life. Satsang also means where seekers of truth gather in the presence of their guru, spiritual teacher, sage, yogi or saint. Participating in a satsang can bring about conscious and unconscious  changes in your being. It can inspire you, change your attitude and open up new vistas and horizons that you were unable to see before. You may even see new meaning and potential in you life. Your life starts to take on a whole new perspective with all sorts of promising avenues. You might think how can this happen just sitting in the company of other seekers? Well, it is the energy vibrations of guru or sage that work on a much more subtle level. He or she is psychic battery or energy transformer that directly transform your psychic battery and being. If you are just receptive these changes will take place whether you are aware of it or not. Just by false beliefs and conditioning our mind has a tendency to remain stuck in ruts or negative patterns. These are compared to ‘knots’ in your being and these knots cannot be removed by ourselves. In order to overcome these belief systems we need the aid of sage or wise one who is capable of taking us beyond these limited concepts we carry about ourselves. Simply just sitting in the presence of the Master or sage can be enough. Sometimes he or she will say something significant or insignificant or even they may not say anything at all it may just take one look and something in our being just registers without our knowledge. All the sudden our mind is shaken into a new reality and we start to take on new directions in our life. Satsangs have been recording since the beginning of time. Some of the sages were Scorates, Christ, Krishna of the battlefield with Arjuna and Buddha have all been known to conduct satsang. One of my favorites is Valmiki the author of Ramayana he in my opinion is an excellent example of transformation. Before his enlightenment he was a highway robber. One day when he was hiding in the jungle a sage by the name of Narada was passing through at this moment Valmiki approached him to rob him. Narada immediately engaged in conversation with Valimiki questioning his motives. Valmiki was not a spiritual person and was a pessimist he had all sorts of doubts. Through a course of time it was one statement that Narada said to Valmiki that changed his whole life thus he became enlightened. When we attend satsang even if there are parts of our being which are resistant there is a part also which is thirsting for the truth that is beyond our logic or comprehension. When we start communing with the deeper layers of our being we become in tune with a force which is higher than our self. Our consciousness expands and everything becomes a beautiful communion.

Waking up from the Karma Coma

I had a major breakthrough the past couple of days, re; Blank (yoga teacher) and this yoga thing. Stop putting people on a pedal stool and see them for what they really are and stop attracting these people who confirm your lack of self confidence and try and put out your light. Stop being around people who stop you from shining! This incident has left me feeling empowered and remembering my truth. I really feel that is is no coincidence that yesterday my name was legally changed to my spiritual name which is Sarvasmarana (Eternal Remembrance of ALL) ALL meaning Existence, Him as Swamiji told me. This all ties into the Ha Sa mantra or the So Ham. Ham Sa is the perfect union of balance and life. So Ham can be translated to “That I am” which is often identified with the Supreme Spirit or Bhahman. Complete Oneness with the Divine. This all beautifully synchs in with the most recent discourse Swamiji gave in the Brahma Sutras on 3/22/11 samyana on Swayam Prakasha (Self Luminous) . When the auspicious qualities or Ananda Kalia Gunas are remembered in the waking state all our current reality gets sucked in the the Enlightened state and that starts expressing itself as dharma. If we can just remember our larger self strongly we will just wake up. Not only do I feel completely in synch with this sutra but I also believe it was a blessing that I received from Swamiji by doing samyana on the “Secret of Clairvoyance”. By doing samyana on the self effulgent (shining, brilliantly; resplendent) light in ourselves we will gain knowledge about the distant, subtle and hidden things. It is a self diagnosis tool to unravel the hidden treasures in ourselves and in others. The past few weeks have been intense to say the least. There seems to be an immense battle going on. I can feel an emergence taking place and at the same time my old identity just getting torn to shreds. Extreme highs and lows. The lows have pretty intense for me because when I get into that state it’s as everything becomes heavy and I can’t see the sun shining behind the clouds. So I have been praying for a huge breakthrough. During this samyana’s I have been receiving abundant messages which are so deep I could never come with on my own. It is definitely Divine knowledge coming through. One of the messages was as follows “ I will remove the blockages; guilt, not good enough and empower you to shine, you will experience a breakthrough.” So many clicks occurred all at once it’s so difficult to explain, but I do know they are all tied in together and have created a huge breakthrough in my consciousness. Yesterday as I was waiting in the court room to be called for the name change I opened up my mini Living Enlightenment book and Swamiji says “that if you are continuously sad or are having self-pity then you will attract relationships, friend, etc. who will make life sadder for you and you will continue to attract people who abuse you, because you feel comfortable with them. Even if they abuse you, you forget that they abused you and you begin to relate with them again. If you are in that mood or in that consciousness you will attract these abuse relationships and people around you.”  Even though these people or situations may not be healthy for you, you continue to make excuses for them and say they have a good heart or whatever. I immediately related to this because this has been a reoccurring theme for myself. I am not saying this teacher abused me in any way, he was just the same person in different clothes representing the same situation that has occurred for me over and over again in my life. The clicker was I saw the signs a long time ago but I have continued to praise this person and look beyond the disturbing qualities all the while diminishing my own light so that this other person can shine and I can wilt away in the shadow. The symbolism that helped to realize this, this am was when I was closing my container of kum kum the lid would not close so I was forcing it and at the same time I could feel pain, it turned out to be a splinter of some sort, despite the pain I forcibly continued to close the lid. I did get a splinter in my finger just at that moment I go the click! It was even though I feel the pain sometimes I force situations fully knowing they are not good for me. The lesson was don’t force. This is exactly what I have been doing by trying to strategy plan in my life instead of allowing Existence to guide to the proper place and situations. I have not been surrendering I have been forcing. Surrendering is a constant happening it is not final. Along with this click I saw my own ignorance and arrogance in the whole scenario. Surrendering and lack of trust cannot co-exist. I have had such a tight grip on what I think needs to happen that I have been obscured to what could be a better reality for me and that is allowing the Master to provide what is necessary for the breakthrough to occur. This is one of those ‘rotten apples‘  that Swamiji talks about. An unpleasant situation being presented to me so that I may vomit the poison and emerge as that self effulgent radiant light that I am!

Technique for Clairvoyance

Wealth Consciousness

KRIYAS MeditationSarvasmarana Ananda Ma NithyaComment

“Darkness is the fulfillment energy, the creative energy, from which you took birth.” ~Paramahamsa Nithyananda

When the mere utterance of the the words wealth, money, prosperity or abundance are brought up all sorts of things can come up for us. For some of us it may be positive and others it may be negative. Through conditioning or accumulated engrams guilt might be might be an unconscious thread in our concepts of wealth. There have been many misconceptions that having money is a sin when in all actuality the real sin is the guilt. Guilt can be an impediment to our spiritual growth. Guilt has absolute no value, it is simply evaluating our past actions and decisions with our updated intelligence. We might be feeling guilty for having wealth and guilt for not having it as well. Either way we loose. If Existence is intelligence and we are a reflection of Existence then therefore we are one and the same, there is no difference. We are continuously creating whether it be consciously or unconsciously. Our wealth can be equated to the life energy we are expressing. The more life energy we have the more we are creating in the terms of wealth. If wealth is not expressing in us then we have the wrong understanding about life therefore our actions will not be focused. If Source or Hiranyagarbha (Cosmic Womb) is intelligence and we are a representation of that which exists then we can manifest any idea therefore it will become a reality. The benefits of awakening the kundalini shakti is whatever thought, word or deed that is presented while having a kundalini experience will manifest. eN Kriya is the vehicle to awaken our kundalini shakti and unleash our unlimited and hidden potential. eN Kriya is a technique which purifies our entire system by removing engrams and creating tremendous energy in us to be utilized in the highest possible coherence. Thus we become co-creators with Existence and imbibe the ultimate wealth consciousness. Real wealth is the ability to achieve what we want in the inner and outer world. When we emphasize our focus on the inner world then we start reaping the benefits in the outer world and automatically wealth starts expressing itself through us. Laxmi starts showering. When we know the science of manifestation is is called lila (Divine play). Wealth is like a current and only when it is flowing it can be considered wealth.

The Road Signs Along The Way

KRIYAS MeditationSarvasmarana Ananda Ma Nithya1 Comment

I have always been one of those people who when things get to much or I am feeling overwhelmed I want to run away on vacation or hide in my cave, meaning not wanting to get out of bed. I experienced a lot of stressful situations in my life and got to the point of complete burnout and chronic fatigue. After taking many programs with Swamiji and living at the ashram for 6 months my being underwent a complete overhaul. Before I got there I felt so tired and beaten down from life I just wanted a rest and a long one at that. Little did I know that the path of enlightenment or self realization includes a process or self purification which is tapasya (tapasya is a means of purification. It’s a process of elimination which cleanses our mental and emotional bodies of deep rooted engrams or samskaras.) and for each of us this word can mean different things. For some it may come in the form of yoga, sitting in meditation, pranayama, or even depression. When our mind says we need a break, yes, we need a break. Our mind needs to be broken.  We need a break in the root. This is the only way a particular habit or engram can be destroyed is by the psychic root. Just by trying to do it on the conscious level is not enough.

After undergoing a steady diet of meditation and tapasya I have never felt better in my life. I have more energy, enthusiasm and am experiencing higher levels of productivity.

Living enlightenment can be doing things we don’t want. If we can receive our suffering as prasadam or the nectar as poison (what we think is as poison) then we will be supplied the energy we need for the rest of the journey. I know it’s tempting to get off at the nearest rest stop and take a break that would be so much easier. But if we can just continue on our journey despite of what our mind says eventually it will disappear.

Enlightenment is not a destination but it is part of our destiny. It is a continuous expansion of our being.
