Social media can make you or break you. Too much social media can feel like binging on a bunch of junk food making you feel sick and gross afterward.
Social media can actually be an addiction which causes a dopamine spike in the brain stimulating the reward center. When dopamine gets stimulated regularly we crave it just like sugar, alcohol, drugs, shopping whatever your choice is.
Social media can wreck all kinds of havoc on one’s self esteem if not careful. It can be a destructive self sabotaging technique that we are using to keep ourselves stuck in limiting patterns and avoid our real issues.

If you said yes to all 6 it suggests you ‘may’ have an addiction.
If you answered a few you ‘may’ be developing a habit towards addiction.
